Simply let us know if you aren't enjoying any of our products and we will gladly refund your purchase.

If you are seeking a refund you must return your Fresheners. We will send you a shipping label for you to post them via AusPost to avoid anything getting lost. We will immediately refund you once AusPost has confirmed they have received the parcel - this is typically within 3 days of requesting a refund.
Our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee is only applicable for your first order. Please feel free to contact us for any question on returns at: support@aromaarmour.com
Damages
We get it, the postman can have bad days which lead to your items arriving damaged. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at support@aromaarmour.com within 7 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Ordered The Wrong Thing?
That's totally fine! Just let us know at support@aromaarmour.com, including your order number and the email you used for the order.
If we haven't sent you the goods yet, we will cancel and refund your order immediately. So you can re-order the right one!
But if your order has been sent already with our speedy fulfilment, we will have to wait for you to return the items. Items must be returned unopened within 30 days from the delivery date, and you will need to pay for postage.
