The shoe refreshers are amazing and definitely take away the foul odour in my daughter’s soccer boots. I went with the ocean breeze scent which I like however my daughter is not a fan. Next time I purchase I will choose a different scent.

Got some Zesty Lemon fresheners for my sons footy boots. How do you put this delicately...they stunk! His bag, his bedroom, the laundry.. wherever the boots were, it was aromatic. We had tried sprays and the smell always came back, but the Zesty Lemon shoe fresheners have solved the issue. Will be buying some more for son #2's boots.

I have a teenage son (16) and teenage daughter (17) that both play AFL in school academies, club teams and representative teams, so their footy boots get a constant workout. For years, no sprays, powders, ball inserts or washing has helped get rid of the smell. But these really do! I started with a set each to test them out, and their footy boots are placed on the exterior (undercover) window sill and I can smell the really nice sandalwood (my favourite) and ocean scents in the house with absolutely no smell of the acidic, ammonia smell that would previously come from their boots. I’ve already bought another set for the second pairs of boots and recommend these to anyone with sports footwear - these are terrific!
